Adrian Golec is a Vice President of Operations at Catalyst Investment Partners overseeing all portfolio operations and construction. Prior to joining Catalyst, Mr. Golec managed a $205 million Class A Commercial property in Greenwich, CT for Rockhill Management (Rockpoint Group) which culminated in a successful sale of the property in early 2022. Prior to joining Rockhill Management, Mr. Golec managed a 650,000 square foot commercial real estate portfolio and aided in the operations of the broader 2.5 million square foot portfolio at ACRE Group, having direct involvement in facility maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, and capital projects. Mr. Golec received a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from the Central Connecticut State University.
