Gus Weaver is an Analyst at Catalyst Investment Partners, where he is responsible for identifying off‑market acquisition opportunities and cultivating relationships that support the firm’s investment pipeline. Gus began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in industrial brokerage, where he spent a year and a half working on both agency and tenant leasing assignments. In collaboration with his team, he completed over 500,000 square feet of Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) leasing across the boroughs of New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Data Analytics from Miami University in Ohio.
