Joe Biengardo is a Vice President of Asset Management at Catalyst Investment Partners. Prior to joining Catalyst, Mr. Biengardo was responsible for business advisory services of commercial real estate at PricewaterhouseCoopers financial markets and real estate group in New York City. In his role at PwC, Mr. Biengardo performed diligence services on an aggregate of approximately $25.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions, ranging across various asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and multifamily. Prior to joining PwC’s financial markets and real estate group, Mr. Biengardo performed audit services in PwC’s assurance practice. Mr. Biengardo received a B.S. in Finance from the Florida State University.
