Hannah Dillard is a Leasing Relationships Manager at Catalyst Investment Partners, where she is responsible for identifying tenant opportunities and cultivating relationships to support the firm’s leasing initiatives. Hannah began her career at JLL in industrial brokerage where she spent 4 and a half years working on leasing and development projects on behalf of her landlord clients, ranging from small local developers to massive international REITs. In collaboration with her agency leasing team, she leased 7.8MSF of space throughout 70+ leases. She has a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Georgia where she graduated with honors.
