Max Heiden is a Co-Founder and Partner at Catalyst Investment Partners overseeing all investments. Prior to founding Catalyst, Mr. Heiden was responsible for acquisitions and asset management at Wheelock Street Capital, a Greenwich, CT & Boston based real estate private equity firm. In his role at Wheelock, Mr. Heiden evaluated investments in major US markets across the asset class spectrum, including industrial, office, senior housing, and multifamily. Prior to joining Wheelock, Mr. Heiden served in an acquisitions & investments role at SL Green Realty Corp., where he focused primarily on equity and structured finance investments in New York City office, retail, and residential assets. Mr. Heiden received a B.A. in Economic History from the University of Pennsylvania with a minor in Urban Real Estate & Development from the Wharton School.
