Nell Hurley is an Associate at Catalyst Investment Partners supporting underwriting, diligence and closing prospective investments. Prior to joining Catalyst, Nell worked as an Associate in the Real Estate Corporate Banking group at J.P. Morgan in the New York office. In her role, Nell helped provide financing, liquidity, and investment banking services to leading real estate asset managers and real estate investment trusts, closing over $12bn in financings. Nell received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
